AFIG Workforce respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Law no. 22/11 of 17 June (the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Angola).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Candidates: name, contact details, province and municipality, desired role, experience, training, availability, CV and any other documents you send us.

Companies: company name, the contact person's name, job title and contact details, and the details of the staff request.

Browsing: technical data and cookies needed for the website to work.

3. How we use the data

To assess applications, contact candidates, organise interviews, training and placements; to respond to company requests and prepare proposals; to meet legal and contractual obligations; and to improve the website.

4. Sharing data

A candidate's data is only shared with client companies when needed for a specific placement, and only the data relevant to that role. We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers, such as website hosting and management systems, which process data on our behalf with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep candidate data while they remain in our talent pool or until they ask us to delete it, and other data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@afigworkforce.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Agency (Agência de Protecção de Dados).
